Hi, I’m Randy Matthews of Full-Body Movement, your 1-on-1 personal guide to a healthier, more-fit you. I turn a workout into a fun, unintimidating, and highly rewarding experience. I teach proper exercise techniques, using a unique training system coupled with mobility-focused equipment that you won’t find at any gym.


Full-Body Movement uses a holistic approach to fitness, personal training, and weight loss, featuring the Gyrotonic Expansion System®, which focuses on increased range of motion, greater joint stability, improved agility, and inner personal strength.

Gyrokinesis® was developed for people struggling with chronic pain and injuries. This form of exercise re-educates the body to move with fluidity, relaxation, and power.

I've also developed a weight-loss program that has helped hundreds lose weight without the stress of paying for pre-packaged foods, spending hours on exercise machines, or counting points.
